QualityThe hair color expert has done an excellent job. Color works great. There is no cons. Reason for the 4 star is the color is not as deep, i.e, dark as I expected. Other than that. I have no other complaints. I just requested a deeper shade. I am confidant that I would love my next shade. Thanks for your expertise "eSalon". Glad I made the choice to purchase. Love the dedication to your personal colorI'm almost there in tweaking my hair to the exact color and shade I'm going for. I love how they work with you me make educated adjustments.
