Great customer service!I love using eSalon! I order every 2-3 months mainly to add vibrancy to my natural hair color. I recently requested to tweak my color formula-- to go a little brighter-- and it didn't turn out 100% what I was looking for. I called customer service and spoke to a very friendly colorist, Alex. Great product!Color is perfect. Have lots of compliments & surprised I did it at home. Love the shampoo & conditioner that takes out the excess & makes it look so natural. I like that it never has that 'you just colored your hair' look. Also, bought the color tint brush & love it for getting color to the roots. loved it!!This order came so quick I ordered and next thing you know it was at my door.
