Simply brilliant!!My order arrived very promptly, in a lovely personalised box , I found the product easy to use ,the brush and gloves were a fantastic addition and also the gel to prevent stains and stain removal cloth were a lovely touch too.. The shampoo and conditioner were lovely, not too rich or heavy , they really did leave my hair feeling luxurious and not at all like I'd just put a permanent hair colour on , no course , scraggly hair at all. The colour was beautiful, although a bit darker than I wanted but I'm sure itll be sorted. So all in all , I'm very happy , while more expensive than a shop bought box colour I found it more professional and my hair was just gorgeous after using.
