I love the flexability and it's custom for me!!I have been a customer since 2013 and I have yet to be less than thrilled by the color. I recently asked for adjustments, feeling the need to perk up my color and they created exactly what I desired. My colorLoved my purchase from E salon. It was easy to use and the color is great. Covered the gray completely. Always went to the salon to get my hair colored.
