Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. Service décevantCommande faite mardi 29/07 avec le service payant "prioritaire" pour recevoir le produit avant le week-end. Worst hair color I ever hadI ordered blue black, it was written blu black, but actually it is dark brown. I requested specifically that I don't want the color to bleed with every wash and this color bleeds woth every wash. Moreover, this made my hair so hard and rough. Not like it used to beSo I’ve been a pretty loyal customers since 2018. The price has gone up. The quality has gone down, unfortunately like everything else today. i’m not even sure I will be ordering again because I can buy cheaper stuff over-the-counter at the grocery store that covers the grays cause this doesn’t.
