This was a breezeI was nervous about coloring my own hair because I have always had a professional do it, but when it became impossible to go to my stylist due to the coronavirus, I decided to give it a try. The kit arrived, and I just finished the process which was surprisingly straight-forward and easy. I read the instructions, watched some videos on the eSalon website, and then started. The instructions are so clear that it is nigh on impossible to screw this up. The kit contains absolutely everything you need to color your own hair, including items I had never thought of before. I followed the instructions, finishing the process by washing and conditioning my hair with the products in the kit. When I blew my hair dry, I was stunned. Better than Expected!I’ll start off by saying this worked way better than I had expected. The color came out almost exactly as esalon had predicted and it doesn’t have the horrible chemical smell most hair dyes have. It covered all my grey no problems. LOVE!It may have taken longer to do but it's the best color I've ever put on my hair. I mean period, I've done both over the last thirty years and this turned out the best I've seen. I am very happy with the color and while it did take a little longer and attention to do myself at home, it's better than any salon I've ever been to. Thank you so much! I will not use anything else ever again and have recommended to all my friends- who love the color too and I promised to do theirs if they order esalon... LOL!
