I will never use this product again.My hair before using this product was lustrous, shiny, and healthy. I wanted a product that covered my grays and kept my healthy hair. This product did not satisfy me. It dulled my hair. It made my hair brittle and dry. IT DID NOT COVER MY GRAYS!! I would like my money back and cancel my account! This product damaged my hair...it will take months before the damages are grown out. I will definitely let everyone I know as well as the internet know about your terrible product. I am an educator and a perfectionist. I followed the directions perfectly. Wish I hadn't used it..used to love my hair colour now not so muchBad points: even though I've posted my picture and explained in my notes what colour I wanted to achieve (basically keep the one I already have) , I still ended up with dark roots I'm devastated. I understand that the actual colour depends on many factors but I used other hair dyes in the past and never had any problem. I used to have nice golden/copper hair and now my roots are very dull. Sadly, I need to use colour hair remover asap :( Shame about the money and time spent, and damaging my hair unnecessarily. Good points: arrived quickly, great packaging, clear instructions, covers grey hair, hair feels in a good condition. UnhappyI have brown hair and requested a dark ash blonde colour, purchased home dye kit and purple shampoo. The instructions told me to apply to the roots first, leave to process for 25 minutes and then apply to the ends for 5 minutes. I was highly skeptical as I know that the roots process much faster than the ends but against my better judgement I decided to listen to the colourist’s advice. As I suspected, my roots have now lightened to a hideous red colour which is completely different from the ash tone I requested and the ends are untouched. Have contacted customer service but haven’t had a response yet. Have had to book an appointment with a local hairdresser and hopefully they can fix it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
