Fantastic Customer ServiceNot realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. New to dyeing?I've never dyed my hair before but the grey's have finally got the better of me. Custom made for me!I am dark brown brunette dull hair color but i always loved the hint of copper. It’s hard to get at a salon i walk out as a red head... But my stylist on eSalon has got the perfect shade for me ! I call it mohagany 👍 the only issue is i have dry hair so i do a conditioner packet after the color to give it a silky feeling. Salon quality, affordable price!I've been coloring my hair for years, which has left it dry and lack luster. I have a ton of hair and need to color it every 4 weeks, and spending $200 every month is out of the question. eSalon gives me a quality, even color and all of the tools necessary to achieve it. Exactly what I wanted!I finally decided to touch up the grays in my hair. I had a belyage put in professionally and just wanted to touch up the roots. I was hesitant because I didn't know how it would blend in. I received step by step instructions and it turned out perfectly. Can't wait to try my next hair colour!
