Felt like a semi-permanent dyeI’m on the phone to customer services trying to order a new hair dye as my greys came through about 2 weeks ago. I’m going to an important work meeting and wanted my hair to look nice and have tried calling customer services at 2.55pm. However after 5 minutes being on hold the call dropped and said the offices were closed. This is not good customer service, as I’ve specifically left work early to call someone to discuss this matter urgently!! Terrible customer serviceThe product is good and very good quality. But their cusromer service is terrible, they ignore my email and no response at all. I ordered once and unfortunately the color didn't work out. It was my mistake because I forgot to cancel, however not even a heads up from them that the renewal was coming up. We did receive your email on the day of processing the order, but we would advise calling us when you need an order canceled on the same day. That way, you're speaking to a customer service representative immediately who can look into this. Our email response time can take a day or so. We do actually send a reminder 5 days before processing an order, just to let you know of the scheduled upcoming order. Root color very far off. Over all color loos awful after 5 washesI would not recommend anyone do this color. For one it isn’t permanent. It’s supposed to last 25-28 washes. Last Color MailedI was very surprised to get it because I didn’t remember paying for it. I’m in transition of moving into a new place and starting a new job so if I am listed as a reoccurring payment, could you please put it on pause. Saying that I assumed the color was the color. I thought I had picked, but once I put it on, it was more in the red tones and this type of red tone I’m not fond of. I recently found online a color that’s in the pinkish family because my complexion and my eyes fit the red/pink family, but I’m still in the process of figuring out which one fits me the best that I can make a permanent ongoing color moving forward. Saying that you guys don’t have this color on your site. But your product is amazing and everything that you do for new people that are coloring their hair at home is amazing.
