It really is better!Great instructions came with the kit. Easy to mix and apply, and who knew about that last step when rinsing it out?!?! This color last a full 4 weeks and it took a beating. Love my subtle medium brown copper!!!Sarah made my color formula and it is exactly what I was hoping for. Very subtle change to my hair and adding a little Cooper/Auburn tone to it. I LOVE THE SHINE THIS PRODUCT GIVES MY HAIRI must say, at first I was skeptical of trying Esalon but the price I was paying monthly in a salon was $55.00 just for the root area to be touched up. I tried the product and fell in love. I thought the shine I always had in my hair was gone forever. I tried this and have been happily ever after. If the color doesn't come out the way I would like it I just email Esalon and they re-adjust my color. SO SO HAPPYWow! This company is such a dream and I am SO happy with my results! I was a bit weary of something that seemed so perfect but I loved my experience with esalon from start to finish and will continue using their service foreeeeevvveeeerrr!!
