Even better than I hoped!My color is a little darker than I was expecting, but it's better than I hoped and I love it. I shared my concerns about brassiness and uploaded a pic giving my colorist power to adjust the color I chose based on my pics and goals, and I absolutely love it. great color matchIt's lockdown and I can't get my roots done. So I decided to give Esalon a try based upon a review from Angie Hot and Flashy on You Tube. Everything she said is true. The color match was great. The quality is great and it really hides my grey roots. The kit comes with instructions. Better than the salon!Love this company! Stylist called to speak with me about a note I made that I didn’t want red in my color. I’m so glad she did because the original color I chose had warm undertones, but the one we decided on had a green neutralizer that was exactly what I wanted! Love the adjustments you've made!Thank you! My most recent color kit included adjustments and a second bottle to compensate for my longer hair and previous faded color job. I love it! Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had.
