Professional colorFor the colorist never having actually seen my hair it was a great color. I chose a color from the menu and sent in a picture. The colorist then reviewed my color choice and suggested I start with a slightly lighter color. I am glad she did the color is perfect. All computer monitors are different so color samples can appear a slightly different shade. Recent orderThank you for adjusting the color for my recent order. I do think it's a bit lighter and a step in the right direction. I mentioned before that the previous color seemed a little too "red", and this one does, too.
