Love the product, but...I love the product and have been very satisfied with the color. However, recently I’ve been receiving shipments that are always missing something. Although they’re small items, it’s still so disappointing to open the box up and not have everything I need. Color is close to what I wanted, but coverage wasn't as well.Giving the color 4 stars. I'm finally getting close to the color I wanted, but the color they send for the ends of your hair doesn't seem to cover as well. I just want my hair to be the same vibrant color all over. Disappointed Color isn't lasting longer than I thoughtHello, Just wanted to know why my color only last two weeks and not a full 30 day's? CANCEL ALL OREDERSince Oct. Of last year I have been trying to cancel my orders. I have written email after email and they just keep sending them and I just keep paying. Hair color is different from beforeMy hair dresser noticed that the color i've been receiving lately is different from before. The color is a darker brown and less red.
