New AdventureI was so excited to recieve my hair color kit and it came so fast. It was packaged so nicely with personalized labeling that added a special touch. The kit was easy to use with simple instructions but the dye scent almost knocked me out. ColorGray is covered well, but the color on the gray lightens up really quickly and ends up being about a shade lighter then what's pictured. The parts of my hair that were colored (highlights & lowlights) in the salon stay pretty close to the color represented in eSalon's picture of 'dark blond.' Not for stubborn greys...My initial notes to the colorist made it clear I did not want any red tones but my first formulation came out very pink. My greys were tinited a glowing pink color. They tried twice to fix it however, each time it came out reddish and fell out of my greys within a few days. I ended up using a grocery store box color and achieved the cool tones and grey coverage.
