My custom color.Love the color. I dyed my hair then went to get it cut. My stylist loved the color. She couldn't get over how well it matched my skin tone. Works greatI do like the product. To me it is no different than store bought. However having is scheduled to come automatically allows me to stay on top of my grey hair without the fear of not finding the correct color when needed. Downfall, there is no changing your hair color. The colorist will say no every time, no matter what. So now I have canceled my orders and will go back to the salon. WORKED FINEI WAITED TO APPY TO MY HAIR SO MY PREVIOUS HAIR COLOR WORE OFF AND MORE GREY BECAME PRESENT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE KIT AND INSTRUCTIONS. THE COLOR WAS GREAT AND AT THAT TIME ALL MY GREY HAD BEEN COVERED. THE PREVIOUS HAIR COLOR WOULD LEAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF GREYS SHOWING AROUND THE FACE HAIR LINE. THIS ONE NOTHING WAS LEFT UNCOLORED. NOW I AM ALMOST THREE WEEKS SINCE COLORING AND FROM MY EARS AROUND FACE HAIR LINE THE GREYS ARE SHOWING. SO FOR THE MOST PART I AM HAPPY WITH THIS HAIR COLOR.
