Color turned out niceColor turned out nice, I feel there is still red popping through? Could it be dulled down. Maybe that is just my natural hair, and I can't do much about it. But, my husband said he really liked it, and that he didn't want me to change anything about the formula. Otherwise, the process went well. Still haven’t matched my colorI like the product but am disappointed to not have found the right color match yet. My hair is a little tricky. When I have a more brown color, the rest of my hair looks red and vice versa. But over all it blends in okay and is better than store bought attempts 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great colorGood color, however, the shampoo and conditioner provided wasn't enough to cover my extremely long thick hair. The dying process left my hair rough dry and coarse feeling. Nice results but chintzy on the extrasVery easy, straightforward instructions to follow. I like how my hair turns out.
