good productI just spoke to customer service representative Hanna telling her that my color choice is now a bit dark for me as I am approaching 70 years old. I would like to go a few shades lighter. I am going to cut my hair shorter until it is my natural color, send a picture, and come up with a shade that is more natural looking. Great colour, easy to useI got a demi perm colour to match closely with my natural shade but with a copper boost. I really like the shade, it seemed a little light at first but that was due to having overloaded colour on the ends of my hair. It didn't cover my grey sufficiently on the first colour but after having it reworked by the colourist with a stronger developer its covering nicely with the second. I really like having the instructions and all the necessary bits and pieces to make the colour more easy to use. Just having it to refer to while doing the colour is comforting. Best Hair Colour YetAlthough left a reddish residue it did washout after few weeks, but now my colour has been toned down for me, so hoping my next shipment is just as good, but well worth money as last much longer than any other brand out there. Hair colorHi, I have sent two pictures showing how bright my roots came out. I just wanted a plain brown color to darken my roots. I trusted you and I was so excited to see the results and now I have this. I expected more from you in solving my problem. Beautiful Color!I really loved the color, only problem was the smell. I live in a small apartment with no windows so that was problematic..I will be opening my patio doors next time, cause this is by far the best hair dye I have purchased and the smell does not last on your hair like some dyes. Colour is great & it's smells nice too!After deciding to dye my hair from a super light blonde back to a light copper brown I'm glad I chose eSalon. The product is easy to use and smells lovely. My hair is shiny and healthy looking and feels great too!
