Looks my my natural shade of red!My natural rich red hair has been fading in color little by little over the last 10 years as well as getting some pure whites by my hairline. Esalon gave me back as close to my natural hair color as I could ever get. Never thought I could have it back. I do have comparable pictures of my Virgin hair color and esalon 15 years apart and I'm impressed. My application could be better, but I'll learn..I hope. Perfect color!I will say, the smells when first opening the bottles almost gagged me...and I told myself...no...won't do this. But, it dissipated quickly. I used the product and loved how it went on, loved how it went off...loved how the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel and look. Yes, I will be staying with this color set, especially for me. Fantastic customer serviceThe first colour was sadly far darker than what I expected, I emailed the company and they recommended some products to remove the colour, I did and then sent them pictures, I received a phone call from a colourist asking specifically what my goals were and was sent not 1 but 2 bottles of dye completely free, and I love my colour now! They handled my complaint so well and that can not be faulted.
