color is beautiful after the colorist and I worked it out, but......,The color didn't seem to color the gray very well. There;s color sitting on top, like a glaze, but it just didn't stick to the gray so I think it's back to the colorist. Definitiely, talk to them if you don't like the color you have. I asked them to take out a 1/4 of the red and bring it closer to the browns. I got exactly the color I wanted.
