Never before have I everUsed a product that worked so well. I admit I was skeptical due to the amount of color brands and techniques that I have tried to color and keep colored, the age-revealing grays on the top of my head. I have wasted so much money on color week after week, not only at regular stores, but also on product from Sally's....only to have it appear as if I had not even colored and I mean Instantly I could still see the grays. Wash out happened within one week. I wondered how could this be any different? I used everything given to me in the eSalon kit, which is very nice by the way. I chose autoship for the discount at first; however, I will be keeping it, because my hair is just starting to show gray after 4 washes. My hair is down to my arse and I only wash once a week. It is the only way to go, as I do not use styling products with the acception of a smoother for straightening. I actually have never in my life washed my hair more than once a week unless I used Aquanet or some hair glue like that LOL. Well..anyway...eSalon color is the only way to go. I have boxed color still sitting under my sink in case this didn't go well...and now it will go back to the store. YEEHA!!!! I wasn't even tempted to highlight my hair to hide the gray for summer. Staying powerI have ordered 2x from Esalon. My 3rd order is due With covid-19 everything is closed. I like this company because if the color is not right customer service always adjust it. Color was exactly as described.I purchased this product after reading many reviews...glad I did! Hair color looked natural with great shine. The first shipment was awesome!Love the color and product. Was the perfect thing to use, both, because during the pandemic, salons are closed AND appreciated the savings! SOOO happy with grey coverage & overall color on my spiral curls!I am in my early 50s with lots of grey (sigh) but I'm a fit, active 50-something who's not ready to go grey. Since my early 30s, I've faithfully done salon-only color. But, I moved this past January 3 hours away from my favorite colorist and, as I was settling into my new home & was ready to find a new salon, COVID-19 shut everything down in my area. Plus I moved to a major metropolitan area & I was aghast at the thought of spending $200-$300 every 5-6 weeks for color in my area.... My sister recommended eSalon, so I decided to give eSalon a try. I've now done 2 rounds of color 6 weeks apart & I've been SO happy with the results on my shoulder-length, spiral-curly hair that's very fine & dry. The last round, I asked for an adjustment to add in my copper & gold to my dark brown shade & I referenced a photo on eSalon's website. The eSalon colorist did a GREAT job of formulating a change that gave me EXACTLY what I asked for in my new color.
