I would recommend this to my best friend, loved it!I have been happy with the overall customer service. They are friendly and professional. I was super happy with the product. When I first got it, I really didn't think it would be enough to color all of my hair. I was wrong. Actually had some left! I would never know what to get in the store & even had gone shopping with a hair dresser. It was all just confusing to me trying to figure out what color/number/etc. So this is the Perfect solution. Happy with my resultsI am pleased with the hair color that I received with special instructions made for me. I had asked for cool brown and the color is great.
