54 orders later and still happyI have used esalon since 2014. I've made a few color modifications (mostly because I felt like a change) and am still happy! One time I received product that had exploded while being mailed and they were great about it and sent me another one at no charge. I was impressed because it was not their fault that happened. LOVE LOVE LOVEThe first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for!
