Everything was very well done. Loved the color so much. Packaging was great and products were easy to use. I think it’s product odor was a bit strong and the color faded a little more quickly than my salon color. Having said that, I was very pleased.

I was a little apprehensive about doing my own roots as I have never done it. However, my experience with a Esalon colourist help reassure my decision. My product arrived and the colour was exact. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service, and product.

This was the first time I dyed my hair myself and although I was a bit nervous and certainly hesitant, the results were fantastic! The color was perfect and it was so easy to do. I highly recommend this product. I am sure you will be pleased with your results too.
