It exploded!!I went to color my hair(which I’ve done 10 times before according to my order history), and after adding the color to the developer, it exploded all over the ceiling! Eeeek!! I believe it was due to the heatwave we’ve been having in Seattle, because it came out hot. Which I thought was odd. So, I was hoping I could get a replacement? I sort of scraped up about half of the solution, but it definitely was not enough to cover all my grays. Guter ServiceMit den beiden vorherigen Farben war ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Nach einer ausführlichen telefonieren Beratung konnte das Farbergebnis deutlich verbessert werden. Too dark and communication with them is difficult.First of all I hated my color when I did it. My hair was a dark brown and I have never had brown hair. My hair is a med auburn. Typically I use Revlon colorstay med auburn and it is perfect every time; however, in two weeks it fades terrible. By week three my roots are showing so I redo it again. The reason I tried this is to see if I could find a color that doesn’t fade so quick. After many washes and adding light auburn to my color the same day I did it, I ended up with the perfect color and it is definitely a longer lasting color but I can’t get my shade adjusted because it won’t let me do it and I can’t get hold of anyone who will listen.
