Repeat customerGreat results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company. Great and easy color!My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect. My hair feels great and each colorist gave me great tips and worked to give me the exact color I was expecting.
