Not very vibrantThe product is good it evened and covered the grey's but it wasn't the lovely copper I thought I'd ordered and was definitely less vibrant which is a shame as if it had been more copper it would have been perfect 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too darkI followed the instructions to the letter ensuring that I used it as a root touch up rather than all over but it came out so dark. Also I asked for ash and it’s very red. Guess there’s no substitute for a stylist who can physically see your hair. Currently using specialist shampoo in an attempt to lighten it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great colorGreat color except the grey roots were copper and the rest mahogany red. Add more red to the root color so roots are not orange and the rest red and will be good. Love the mohagany reds. BNo Shampoo andConditioner, ClassicAlways the same, do not ever use any other shampoo or conditioner. However the dispenser lid came broken, and I have lost about 1/2 bottle of shampoo. It runs out, and makes a mess on floor of shower and is slippery. I, instead use the classic shampoo single use that comes in the custom color set. if you could just replace the dispenser rocker top, it would sure be helpful. As with many others, after I dye my hair and shampoo it, it comes out shiney silky and golden. Do not want to pay so much for a broken shampoo dispenser lid. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
