Ich bin sehr zufriedenSo,hier mein Feedback: der Kontakt war super und sehr persönlich,auf alle Fragen bzw.Änderungen wurde direkt eingegangen und auch eine Empfehlung zur Farbänderung ausgesprochen,der ich gerne nachgekommen bin. Am 11.2.21 bekam ich die Info,dass meine Farbe auf dem Weg ist und ab dem 16.2. zu erwarten ist. Am 18.2 war sie da👏 Heute ,19.2,habe ich mich ans Werk gemacht und das Ergebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend! Ich hab,da es das erste Färben war,eine 2.Farbe für die Längen gratis dazubekommen ,die etwas anders als die für den Ansatz gemixt war,super! Für die nächste Färbung bekomme ich dann nur noch Farbe für den Ansatz. Meine Haare sind weder kaputt noch strohig,sämtliche Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo & Spülung) waren im Set dabei und die Anleitung ist super geschrieben und auch per email sind diverse Videos dabei die sehr erklärend sind.
