Almost perfect!First off I love this company! I love the prices, fast service, the whole concept, the quality of the products, the personalization, ALL OF IT! :) The only thing I was disappointed by was that my formula seems to be lacking in blue tint completely. It's just solid black. I've got videos of other customers who use esalon & order the blue black. That's the color I want/need :) so once we get worked out everything will be perfect! best hair colour ive usedusually with any hair colour ive had in the past the first maybe 3 washes I always have some of the colour bleed out but from the 1st wash no bleed just lovely long lasting colour. Total gray coverage and lasting colorI panicked after my hair stylist was ill so I went 2-3" of grays & roots before I could find someone reliable to do my hair touch up. I asked here & there & finally I found e-salon. My gray is gone!!!!I use to use box dye from the hair store. It never worked on my gray. I recently went natural. When I permed my hair, i didn't have a problem with the gray. I would let the dye sit in my hair for twice, or three times as long as the box said to try to cover the gray. But when I washed it out, it would wash right off the gray. But esalon is awesome!!! They got it right the first time!! My hair was all one color, including the gray. I love it and I get so many comments and questions about how I covered the gray. My hair is so soft. GREAT Custom Hair Color!!!!!I tried this product after seeing several ads....I decided that it was not expensive and worth a try because other products did not cover my gray hair. The color was pretty good on my first try but when I received an email asking if I wanted to make any changes, I decided to actually tell them. Holy Moly! I got a real answer from a real person who seemed like they actually wanted to make me happy! So we tweaked it, and afterwards, they emailed me again asking for any changes! So we tweaked it one more time....and now it's PERFECT!!! I'll never use another hair color product again. I have it sent to me every 4 weeks and it arrives like clock-work!
