An ok experienceI followed the instructions ended up with a little too much of a copper color in my crown than I was looking for. Overall not a bad experience. I had quit coloring my hair at home but saw this and thought I would try it one more time I'm not sure I will do it again? Product is awesome - eSalon is working on getting the color right.(Just not pleased with the color even after last request to have it changed. Not trying to be difficult... but I want an ASH BLONDE - not a yellow blonde. It's a shame, because I do like the product... but I hate the color.) To be honest and 'fair'... I am upping my rating for eSalon... I do like their product much better than Madison Reid, which I had tried before... So I want to clarify... While I have not been happy with the 'color', (too golden, not enough ash) the quality of the product is exceptional. I love that my hair is still soft after coloring.. the product itself is not harsh AT ALL on my (normally dry) hair and its smells nice. My colorist has contacted me about adjusting the color again and I will also say that they are GREAT about responding very quickly and providing good solid customer service. I really appreciate that. I've decided to give it another go, and hopefully the third run will be the charm!
