2nd coloreverything was fantastic the only issue was with shipping which was no fault of yours - you shipped it on May 21 and it did not arrive until June 3rd -I called customer service on May 30th because I feared the color was lost and they were beyond helpful, understanding and pleasant - color and product great. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the colorI used buy a hair color product at a store when I like to skip to go a hair salon. But I have never quite happy. Would give 5 stars but you ran out of color with No idea when it is coming back.Wish you had a better system for when you run out of color. Besides getting the same message three times telling me you don't know when it will be available, I am about to give up. Corrected Color Was PerfectMy first color with eSalon turned out way too dark, with very few red highlights. I was disappointed and almost didn't return; however, I received an email from the company offering to correct my color (at a discounted rate as well). I figured I had nothing to lose, so I conveyed my concerns with the initial color and expressed the result I had wanted and expected (reddish brown with cherry tones). My corrected color sat in its box in my bathroom for nearly three months, until I finally got tired of seeing my hair go gray during this COVID-19 isolation. I needed a lift, so I colored my hair yesterday. Wow! This is exactly the color I wanted! Such an amazing transformation! Made me feel so much better about my hair--and myself.
