This was AWESOME!I usually get my hair professionally colored every 3 weeks. With this scary time where we cannot go out, salons are closed, etc. I didn’t know what to do. I ordered my first custom color from eSalon. Now, know that I was NERVOUS, because I have a deep burgundy purple hair color...... I just colored my own hair for the first time and WOW!!! Best home color EVER!eSalon was recommended by a good friend who has been using for a couple of years. I am skeptical of any at home color as I have been so burned in the past by OTC colors etc. My first box was 3 weeks ago and I did my due diligence and read the directions thoroughly, watched the online videos and set my "station" up prior to beginning. Even though I've colored at home before, I wanted to give this the full effort to know I did it right. The application was easy enough. I used the bottle application over the brush. My 4 star review is ONLY because of the last steps. Filling my color bottle with water and applying to "lather" my hair was a hot mess. It just went every where and I was so nervous about getting it in my eyes. I made it through though :) The overall color is just beautiful. My grey's are covered and the color blended perfectly with my existing color - no streaks or color blocks at all. The shampoo and conditioner samples they included are so good!
