Great Custom ColorThe color is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! - have received many compliments - so much nicer than the box color!!! I love that eSalon provides everything you need to apply the color, and the application process is pretty simple too. Looking forward to receiving the color again since I'm having it tweaked some. Perfect Match!I ordered this 2 and a half years ago and never even opened the box. Against advice, yes I called customer service who was extremely nice and helpful, I decided to try it anyway. I know it is not recommended after 1 year- but I braved it and tried it anyways. I'm telling you it colored my gray roots and the color was a beautiful match. Just as good as the stylist I've been paying $80 to do. Excellent product. I can't wait to do it again. That's an extra $55 in my pocket every time. I think I'll use it for a pedicure! I love all eSalon products and especially this one!!I get compliments all the time on my hair color. It is so natural looking, and so easy to apply yourself! I loved how you worked with me to get just the right shade. Plus all the wonderful directions. It leaves my hair feeling wonderful and not at all dried out. LOVE IT!I love this new way of getting the PERFECT hair color. They work with you to discover your perfect color and will make changes according to your personal preferences. And it is SO CONVENIENT! Absolutely LOVE my custom hair color!After spending so much money and time going to the salon to have my hair done, I am so glad to have found eSalon. I don't mean to sound indifferent or weird, but my hairdresser who I had gone to for years and years suddenly died. I spent months not doing anything to my hair because I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and who I would trust. Then I came across some information about eSalon and decided at the price I could at least give it a try. I had watched my hairdresser color my hair over and over and felt confident I could do it and I did! I was so pleased and everyone really complimented my color. It was not hard to do at all and I love being able to do it at home where I can do a few other things while I am waiting on the color to work.
