WonderfulThis was my first time ever using a mail order hair color so I was unsure. The color was great, my hair turned out better than I expected & it is really soft! Custom colourI never thought I would colour my hair from something that was delivered to my door. I'm very fussy. And need my hair colored at least every 3 to 4 weeks. Super Match!I was skeptical at first but felt if it was a drastic epic-fail I could just pop down to the drug store for a MissClairol!! But I'm never using Drug Store color again!! All the items needed ftom start to finish are included! Even two pair of gloves!!! I am most impressed with the ease of use and all the support available if needed. They are truly chemical magicians! Fool Proof ColorI was very impressed with eSalon. I was referred by a family member to just "try it out". Since I had been coloring my hair myself with products from Sally, I thought it couldn't be any different. I was very wrong. My color came out so much better and it looked natural. Before the first wash it was a little dark, but it lightened and it honestly looks like my natural hair color. I forget sometimes that I even dyed it. The coverage took out all of my greys and the color experts picked a shade that really accentuates my skin tone and eyes.
