Fantastic!I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos. PerfectNot sure how you nailed it but the color was absolutely perfect. I just colored for the first time so excited to see how well it holds up. I had three complements my first day back at work after coloring. Not from co workers but patients who I have never met before. Now it’s been a few weeks I only have one issue.
