So happy I tried!Wasn't sure how things would turn out on my first order, but I thought I could always go and get it fixed if it was a disaster. Fortunately the color looked great and I have now been an esalon customer for almost 2 years. Always great!I LOVE your hair color! I get so many compliments after I color my hair, and your colorists have been really good at making the adjustments I've requested. Also, your customer service is primo! When I received a shipment of haircut that had leaked in transit, I emailed some pictures of it to customer service and they responded immediately, saying they were sending me a whole new shipment.
