I love it!!I love my custom set every other month! I don't have to worry about needing to go to the store and not find my color. It also makes my hair smell and feel amazing!! It's soft and shiny after my touch ups and the color lasts for a while so I don't end up washing it out weeks later. Plus, you get to talk to your color maker about any changes you want to make, I actually just decided to go a bit lighter on my color and I can't wait to see how it looks!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 1st time useMy hair felt amazing when I tried eSalon but I was looking for more of a red tone (hair still looked to dark). I did get to speak to my hair specialist Yvette (very nice and understanding) and she will be adding some more red tone to my hair. Perfect!I was light blonde and wanted to go back to my natural color, a darker brown with an auburn undertone. I picked the color I thought would work and uploaded a couple of pictures. My stylist said that the color I chose wouldn't work with my coloring and suggested a different formula. What she chose is perfect! I love it and my fiance loves it!
