Hated itApplied exactly as directed. Roots were medium reddish. Rest of hair was dark reddish almost black. Used a color lift kit to remove color afterc3 days. Did Not Completely CoverThe way my heart felt was amazing. The Color itself matched quite well. Problem is after my first wash I saw patches of grays and I can't pull my hair up once again without them being visible. One bottleWhen I went through the questionnaire I was asked what type of hair I have. I have long, thick hair. It’s comical the amount of product I was shipped and when I’ve emailed about how little the product covered my hair, they sent a ends refresh. ??? AlmostI loved the cost and ease of the hair color. It didn't take long from start to finish. The color was a little darker than my own and it didn't cover the gray as I hoped, but it could have been my application.
