Satisfaction with hair colorI had colored my hair first with one of the custom made products from your salon. As most of my hair was gray, I was afraid I wasn't going to leave it on long enough for it to take as my hair may have been resistant. It came out too red and it was my own fault. However, Emily was gracious enough to have me try another darker color after sending a picture, and now I love it, as I followed the directions and wasn't that nervous! Awesome!I tried esalon for the first time tonight and I am totally sold on the product. I am in my late 30s so gray roots are being seen more frequently now and I can't afford to go to the salon every 3-4 weeks to get my roots done. I submitted a recent picture with ugly gray roots and one that was what I wanted it to look like. The colorist Jennifer had to tweak it a bit to match (compared to what said I wanted) & she did a great job matching it to my current hair color. My 8 year old had to help with my back underneath roots and she did a great job. I was really nervous waiting while it was being processed, but my fears went away when my daughter said she didn't see any more white/gray once I rinsed it all out!
