First time was a success!I was really scared to try this, but it turned out awesome! The color is amazing. I'm curious to see how long it will stay looking good. Rich colorI just finished coloring my hair this morning and used just the bottle to apply. Directions were easy to understand and follow. Easy to use applicators. I am ready to receive my next package. There was a slight delay from the USPS, but no problems other wise.Heather P, my consultant spoke with me on the phone to clarify my desired color and walked me through the process. Thanks.
