Change in FormulaI had a phone consultation with my color specialist and we carefully considered what changes might make the color more acceptable to me. Those agreed-upon changes were included in my next color package. I used the package on 8/17/20 and so far I am pleased with the color. I will wait until I have two shampoo experiences to make a final determination. I appreciate the ability to consult with a professional. Perfect color matchI don't know how they do it but it's a perfect match to my color! My hair looks healthy and it's shiny! Color usually makes my hair dry and the texture feels like hay! eSalon makes your hair feel amazing and look it too! AwesomeI loved this product. I was actually hesitant to try it at first but I am so glad I did. I have been doing my own hair for years and have gotten tired with the color choices I had, so after looking at the colors I picked the one I wanted and am in love with it. It was so easy to do, they have instructions set just for you. Most products you buy at a store don't give you enough prodcut, but I had enough and some. I will definitely be ordering again.
