Be careful which colour you choose!While there is lots to like about the colour set - it is quite straightforward to use, the instructions are clear, and it's helpful to have things like the gloves and stain remover etc, unfortunately the colour is not what I wanted. I opted for 'light brown' and it came out quite dark, with lots of red tones. It is the first time I have used home hair dye, but I have had my hair coloured in an inexpensive salon a couple of times (four years ago), with similarly annoying results! So I think it's as good/bad as the salon experience I had in the past, but a bit frustrating as had mentioned in my initial enquiry/order that I wanted to avoid going too dark/red; I just wanted to cover my greys, not change my hair colour. The 'custom colourist' doesn't seem to have taken this into account. I even bought the 'soft red neutraliser' toning treatment, but it doesn't seem to have worked either. color faded fastI liked the results initially, but then a few days later noticed one spot looked a bit lighter. Less than a week later, I noticed some of the color had already washed away - and I could see grey streaks coming through! I followed instructions to the T. GraysI finally used the color and loved it but it really didn’t color the grays around my face and a little bit on top of my head. I’m pretty sure I did it properly… is there another reason for this. I want to order again but … I’m not sure 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not sure they understand the greying customerNot as happy with my last 2 colours so not sure if I will use again.
