my experienceOverall I am satisfied with everything i got in my first order. I however did it wrong and got confused with the instructions. I read on the website to do a test strand so what i did is i mixed the whole develoeper with the hair color what i didnt realize was that you only mix a teaspoon after going back and googling i realized once mixed it stops working after an hour so i had to do my whole head in a hurry!!! The instructions didnt clearly point this out and it was my first time dying ny hair at home. Also I only wanted to dye my ends because i have an ombre not my roots and for my ends it said to apply color for 5 to 10 minutes. I disagreed and Pplied it for almost 30 minutes. That part was also co fusing my hair cMe close to my natural hair but darker it looks black vut i got demi permanent so i know it will lighten it up. If i wouldve left it on for 5 to 10 minutes it wouldnt have taken the color all the way. The instructions were confusing for me being the first time and no where in the i structions did it mention a strand test only online. Because i rushed to dye my hair i also stained my skin everywhere. The pros about this product us that it doesnt smell at all like hair color or Mmonia and they give you enough product the first time. I also liked that they gave me a 10 developer instead of a stronger one my hair only needed 10. I like that they included 2 pairs of gloves. They couldve included more shampoo and conditioner as i used the whole packs already and only for 1 application. Overall i am satisfied just that the instructions were confusing and my hair color almost looks black instead of dark brown :/ i would like for them to have a chat option available with the colorist because once my order was placed to make changes i had to call in id rather chat or email colorist because i was confused by directions 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
