First time was a charmThis is my first time coloring my hair at home and it was relatively easy. The kit had everything I needed, gloves, application brush, shampoo/conditioner and gel to protect from skin coloring. The directions are very clear. I really like that all my white hair are nowhere to be seen and I got the strawberry color I wanted to change from my natural brown. Looks really good with my fair skin. Sold on this product!The color is great and it doesn't fade! It's every bit as good as what I get in a salon and much better than the store bought brand I had been using. I highly recommend this product. Update: it seems like the recent change in the formula fades more at the roots. I like the creamier consistency of the new formula better and I like the color, but I think I notice fading. And I only wash my hair 1 to 2 times per week. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Great productLoved it, met my needs and more. Was hesitant about ordering it, but really pleased I did. So pleased the easy to follow detailed instructions and well fitting gloves. Can’t believe I did it myself!!Ok so Covid closed my salon☹️ And I took the leap of touching up my color after much research including You Tube! Did the strand test—seemed perfect! Was concerned I would damage my hair/highlights. Followed directions given, still apprehensive. Amazing outcome! Frankly I like it better than what I get in the salon!!
