WONDERFUL!I was hesitant to color my hair since I've only had it done in the salon. This kit was so easy to use & my hair looked amazing & was so soft & shiny. I wish I had been more generous in applying around my hairline but I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the color off my skin but the color remover in the kit did the trick. Love!Just tried my first custom colour set and I’m beyond impressed! I’m very picky about my hair colour and am usually disappointed with salon results. I have medium golden brown hair (with lots of greys) and find that salons always colour my hair too dark, and box dye just turns my hair black. I am so thrilled to have finally found a true medium brown colour and at a fantastic price. I did a root touch up and slightly lighter ends replenisher to not completely lose my balayage and the results were better than the salon. Customer service has also been fantastic. Beautiful, shiny hair!During the Coronavirus I have not been able to go to the salon to get my hair done because I have severe asthma. I ordered my hair color through eSalon and was pleasantly surprised at how simple and easy it was to color my own hair! I just colored the roots because I had some gray outgrowth that I needed to cover up. The color was perfect and very natural looking. Loved it!I loved the personalized kit. All of my questioned were answered in the instructions. My color turned out perfectly. I emailed back and forth with a colorist and decided to go with the color I originally selected and it turned out great. I’m never this happy with color at a salon. Great product!I highly recommend eSalon for hair coloring products. I have tried numerous hair coloring products purchased at retail stores. The result was mostly unsatisfactory. (My hair was often left dry and brittle.) I read the reviews about eSalon and decided to give it a try, especially since my salon was closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. It did not disappoint. The service is great. I was assigned Yvette, a personal colorist, to answer any questions. She was very helpful and responsive. I received detailed instructions for application. I am completely satisfied with the results.
