BrilliantLoved this! Covers grey really well, colour was what I was looking for. I am a biracial African American woman in her early fifties. My hair is thick and grows quickly so during the COVID crisis I was desperate to find a hair coloring solution to color about 3 inches of my grey roots. My needs were: 1. Maintain healthy hair. 2. Find a quality custom color product that works to color thick ethnic hair but also protects the health of my hair. 3. A custom color to match my professional hair color and highlights. 4. Straight forward and easy process from creating a profile to ordering product. 5. A sample to conduct a strand test on my hair before buying 6. Good communication with customers 7. Areas that can be improved: 1. Allow for 2 pictures to be uploaded when completing profile with a maximum of 4 photos 2. A sample to conduct a strand test of custom color (nominal fee) on my hair before buying 3. Allow for more color for long and ethnic hair 4. To see how the custom color would look on you with a virtual mock-up with the custom color 5. General Hair care instructions after the initial color. (not just selling products) One that shows natural color and the second to shower current hair color Tips: 1. Follow the instructions closely. 2. Take the the time to comb through hair and section prior to beginning the coloring process 3. Have at least 3 hair clips readily available 4.
