Couldn't get color rightThree strikes. I tried three times and I was careful to explain each time what I was looking for. Natural medium brown hair with a natural reddish tint. I end up with purple, bright copper or my latest look, Ronald McDonald Red. I am not a happy camper. A 40 year old does not want to walk around with drastic bright unnatural looking hair!!!! Brown color, requested blondeThis was the second attempt I made at ordering a blonde color to touch up my roots. I was again sent a brown color that made my roots darker than what I wanted. I'm a Scandinavian blonde so maybe I didn't make that clear and described my color as dark blonde or something. Regardless, after the 2nd time of trying the color, I had to go back to a professional salon and spend several hundred dollars to get it fixed. Color faded in a weekOver all I was very disappointed. Thecolor was great however within a week it was already starting to fade and by the end of week two I couldnt wait to pick up a box of color at the store & redo it. It had completely wased out & didn't look like I had even colored my hair.
