Ruined my hairI used your product and turned my hair black ...I went tout a salon to fix it and they had to make my whole head dark not the light brown that it usuallyis so now I have to wait months to even go lighter because they did a stran test and it turned orange ......never .again and you should at least get a pic of the persons hair and match it better .....I now have very dark hair and I'm not happy .....the salon said that your product does not have the products you claim ... Doesn't live up to expectationsI bought this product hoping that it would be better then the products I have been buying from the beauty supply store. This hair color didn't last any longer then the $4.00 box I bought at ulta. After the fist wash (using the recommended shampoo and conditioner purchased through esalon) the color was noticeably faded. I was very disappointed with how much fading there was. I gave esalon 3 attempts at adjusting the formula but there wasn't any difference. Base color is too brassy stillI have been trying to work with eSalon to get them to help me. They seem responsive to a point, but when I continue to struggle with the issue after many attempts, I thought they could tell me, "Well, try this instead." They did suggest Tinted Love, but still it doesn't subdue it enough.
