Did not turn out rightI got a custom made color because i wanted to go light blonde. I sent pics of my hair and made notes saying that my hair tebds to turn brassy . Im not surprised with my luck lately of coyrse my gahr didnt turn out right. Its brassy n much much darker than i wanted. I knew that it wouldnt be as light as i wanted since esalon only lightens by 2 shades difference but i feel like it bareley lifgtened n just went brassy..... it looks lije dark caramel or peanut butter. Same as store bought boxed hair colorThe bells and whistles are what cost you more, not product. I followed the directions properly, and eSalon did not even cover my grey/white.
