Not what I expectedI was not pleased with my last color. I had hot pink patches. Mainly on the ends where my hair was lighter. I didn't like this color. Disappointed 😞My Hair color was great the day of and day after coloring.Exactly what I wanted. I recieved so many great compliments on my color. After the first washing half the color came out, my hair color looked faded and dull. I used color safe shampoo and waited 2 days before washing. Not the same as I've been getting previously.This order turned my roots brassy and didn't match the rest of my hair. I haven't changed it and have been happy with the results on previous orders but this one either wasn't meant for me or I got a batch that was bad. There were some areas that didn't take the colour at all. The gray went a bit whiter which I don't mind but everything else was reddish and not at all the colour I've received in my other orders.
