First time was wonderful, first root touch-up not so much...First time I used the root touch-up product. Loved the initial app, but this first touch-up is not "sticking" as well, and doesn't have a the same shine - flatter and duller in appearance. Not a conditioning hair colorI do not like the fact that I washed my hair twice and applied the conditioner provided. It still stained my towel, and that was towel #2 that had hair color stains on. Additionally, it was very drying and I did not like the quality of my hair post color. Flat colour and just as messy as any other home colour.If you think there is anything special about this then you will be disappointed. The colour is flat - nothing like any of the images around the site. It's as messy to do as any home colour. It costs twice as much and they want you to keep buying so keep your details online so you can't just forget about it as it'll turn up and you'll have paid - so beware of that and cancel between orders so you don't get caught out.
